Good Morning and welcome to another beginning of a new week where we are going to keep pushing along and learning when to stop and when to carry on. We often place personal barriers on ourselves and stop when really we have a lot more in us. Then there are times when we keep pushing when really we should have slowed down. It is important to learn your self and overcome the personal “Stop signs” you place on yourself. Are they out of fear, regret, disbelief, humility, why do you stop when really you have so much more in you?
When it comes to reaching our goals, there are so many mini “stop signs” or personal limitations we place on ourselves. These limitations can keep us from reaching our goals. Yes, it is important to know where your limitations are and when you really truly should “stop” but there is a difference between those “stop signs” and the signs that we are using as excuses to “stop”. As we cruise through this week, I want you to proceed with the green light, give it all you have! Set new goals and push yourself. Maybe push yourself out of your comfort zone into an area that makes you a little scared. That is where you will grow and get closer towards your goals.
You are not alone. So many others experience their own “stop signs” on a daily basis! The goal is to know when those stop signs are truly there to slow us down or if they are mental barriers we are placing on ourselves and using as a means to keep us in our comfort zones.
