Wow, what a day! Great balance of an awesome workout/cardio and yoga! Great to work hard and treat yourself to a hot yoga to end the day! That has been one of my goals…. One yoga class a week and I have not gone in a few weeks, grrrr but I got it in today, Wooten Wooten!! 🙂 nothing like feeling detoxed, calm, at peace yet with fire in you to still conquer! Kind of a crazy mix! Anyways, just about to call it a day. Went to gather some groceries and what, still no rhubarb! This stuff is hard to come across! Picked up some jicima for one of our favorite jicima salads! 🙂
