Ingredients:-
-1 can tomato puree
-1 can diced/chopped tomatoes
-1/2 cups apple cider vinegar
-1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
-tbsp Tabasco sauce
-2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
-2 tablespoons olive oil
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1 onion finely chopped
-1 tsp chili powder
-1 tsp cinnamon
-1 tsp paprika (smoked is awesome)
-1 packet no calorie sweetener (stevia or splenda)
-pepper all to taste.
Directions
Put the onions in a non stick pan with olive oil and cook gently until the onion starts to brown. Then, just add ALL other ingredients to saucepan and warm through and allow to simmer for 10-15 minutes or so.
