Good Morning! I am listening to the birds now.. Love the mornings! I am starting out my day with a trip to the SS office. Have a cancellation this morning so going to take advantage and be the first one in line at the SS office, hoping that is the key to getting in, getting things taken care of and getting out! Going in for the official name change! We will see how it goes but getting things checked off the list! Friday is here and another amazing week tackled and conquered! This week was such a energetic and motivating week with everyone working so hard at their goals and continuing to dig deep within themselves to find that inner power and strength to keep pushing. When the times were tough and your body was telling you NO you kicked the thought to the bucket and overcame that little voice with a big YES! That is all it takes. That little voice is not going to go away, unfortunately it is part of our make up but what we can do is learn to deal with that voice and not let it win! It can be the biggest and hardest challenge but you all see how it can be done! That little voice reminds me of that crocodile game… Do you remember that game where the crocodiles would come out of a hold and you had to beat them down with a mallet. They would keep coming back and faster and faster and you would have to outdo them and keep beating them down… Do you remember that game! I loved it… those crocodiles are that little voice.. They will keep coming out but you have the mallet and tools to knock them down and overcome their little game! The weekend is approaching and it is going to be a great one! Keep up the great work and UP AND ADAM… I am thankful for all of you and for this amazing environment we have created. We are all int his together, UP AND ADAM… hugs
