Good Morning Team Members!! How is everyone doing???? Up ready to go?! I know you are… 😉 We all had a nice weekend and I am sure some were able to rest and others were on the go, busy getting things caught up from the week and to prepare for the upcoming week. Either way, we have a new week to tackle and I want you all to think about what it is this week you are going to do to help you reach your goals? If you missed a day of cardio last week, maybe it is to get in all your cardio this week. If you had a little bit to much of one thing (i.e. Our lovely Nut Butter), maybe it is to keep things to their serving size! If you have something on your To do List that didn’t get done, maybe it is to get that or those things crossed off and CHECK MARKED! Whatever it may be, this is a new week and we begin on our journey, moving forward on our continuous journey through this lifestyle where we all continue to grow, develope and improve upon what we are learning, creating, building and becoming! For me, I had awesome workouts and got all of my typical weight/circuit/cardio workouts in but somehow, yoga went by the waist side and I wasn’t able to get it in. That is on my To DO List and what I will be accomplishing this week. We strive to get everything in and checked off the list but it doesn’t always happen, we are human. It is important for us to continually re evaluate our week, see what we want to do, accomplish and act upon it! So what is it you are going to work on this week? It is a beautiful day and I can see accomplishments being tackled this week! You are all doing so amazing and all of our team is on board ready to root each other on! Let’s do this, let’s plan, believe and act…

This cannot be closer to truth. We must plan, believe and act… without one of those components we will limit our chances of success! Plan Today, Believe Today, and let’s do this Today and this week!
