FYI– FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO ORDERED, THEY WERE ON BACK ORDER WITH THE HOLIDAYS AND FINALLY ARRIVED YESTERDAY BUT UNFORTUNATELY WENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS SO I WILL BE PICKING THOSE UP TODAY OR TOMORROW AND HAVE THEM OUT NO LATER THAN TOMORROW. I AM PLACING A FREE AUTOGRAP

I am excited for this Year’s happenings and the life changing events we are all preparing for, whether it be a wedding, show, getting into the best shape of our lives for LIFE, facing new challenges, etc.

I have had my first meal 1/2 c. oats and 4 egg whites. I ran out of protein powder and seeing how long I can go without it. I was using it for too many meals since it is so delicious but need to get in more whole foods so not allowing myself to buy it so it isn’t tempting. Protein shakes are great here and there, 1 or 2 times a day and in emergencies but NOT to be using like I was. So I guess I need to not bring it into my house for a while. I haven’t had a shake in 2 days and it is kind of weird because I do feel better…. Interesting…
