Hope everyone’s weekend ended well and you were able to get a great nights sleep, well rested for the upcoming week! Today marks a new week, let’s go after it!
thought of the day….
Remember the topic we have brought up about our “glass half full or half empty” theory? How full is your glass right now, right at this moment???

We all are such thinkers and everyday with every situation, we try to make sense of why things are happening or why things are NOT happening. We often look for explanations for our experiences, good or bad. How we look at situations will determine how our days unfold. Today, rather than analyze situations practice a few of the following techniques to help you accept and see things”half full”! ….
1. Experience rather than judge.
Every situation, every experience, every gesture can have hundreds of different meanings. WE are the ones who determine the underlying meaning behind our experiences. The truth is, we make our own reality, based on our experiences! Our perceptions become our reality but remember, you are seeing things through your own kaleidoscope! Experience and be in the moment rather than look for meaning behind every situation!
2. Become aware of how you see things.
We all have our won belief systems, personal set of values, and past experiences that reflect how we see things. That is what makes us unique individuals and it is okay! When you find yourself reading too much into something, it helps to remember that we are not seeing things as they are. We see them as WE are.
3. See the value of the other half.
When you start to understand, accept and see things from a different point of view, our understanding become more clear and you may change your outlook on a situation.
Today focus on being experiencing, being aware and putting yourself in someone else’s shoes….
Have a beautiful day and start of your week!
I will be online later, getting back to the forum and with more updates.
