2 cups of water
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1/4 tsp gound cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp powdered ginger
1/4 tsp ground cardamom
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
3 black tea bags
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup splenda
*makes two servings
-Bring water to a boil with the spices in a small saucepan.
-add the tea bags and let steep 2-3 minutes
-Remove tea bags and stir in vanilla, Vanilla protein powder and splenda. Srain tea.
