   To funny Gina I just went shopping after work looking for mini pans because I want to try your Zucchini loaf and then just saw this on here!!! Love your ideas! 🙂 Aimee

   How funny! It is funny but it is so true. Make a loaf in a loaf pan, then a mini muffin pan and they not only taste different but just are so much more exciting in different shapes, sizes, etc.

   Made them this am before work!!! So good almost taste like theyre bad for you! took a couple for the guys at work and they loved them!!! 🙂 keep up the awesome work Gina! Perfect with coffee
