hope everyone is having a great Friday, so far!! I had a great morning and now moving into a wonderful afternoon. It is in the low 70’s here in SD and the sun makes me smile! I had a great workout today.
Here was my workout of the day!
-leg extensions- 30#–4 sets of 15
-stationary lunges–50 on each side
-stationary squats holding a 25# plate–5 sets of 20
-Straight leg dead lifts with a straight bar and 10# plates on each side– 4 set of 15
-lying hamstring curls–40# 3 sets of 15
-leg extensions–20# 50 reps ONE SET
finished with a 6 1/2 minute mile!! 🙂
