Good Morning Everyone. Happy Friday!! Headed to the gym a little later this a.m. since I had a cancellation so wanted to am working from home before getting in a workout and seeing clients. Andrea and I had a nice night, chatting, sitting out by the fire and catching up on life! Crazy to reminisce and laugh about fun times we have shared. I actually met Andrea way back when I turned Pro in 2005. She is one of the girls from the competition world that I say in close contact with. 🙂 Oh My Gosh look at some of these photos I found from our past… too funny! 🙂
We enjoyed garlic brussel sprouts and broiled Salmon with a huge Gina Style salad! It was delicious!!
I received notice of this “new product”, Cedarlane Green Chile, Cheese & Ranchero Sauce Egg White Omelet, that you can now buy. It is a “convenience breakfast food”. So great that it is egg white but really, is this healthy! So yes, it is a better choice than a full egg omelet but come on, really… egg white omelet loaded with sodium, fat and extras that defeat the purpose of trying to make it healthy. Don’t know why, but this really gets me. Okay, let’s have egg whites but then load it with toppings, sauce, etc. Great concept but think there needs to be some serious tweaking and modifications from us to make this product a great and convenient breakfast choice!! Always so interesting to find what people are thinking to be “healthy”!
