Thank you Gina!! I’m back from ATX now, and it was great to come back to that perfect tip of the week! No more interruptions from here to NY, so total focus and loving the tips!! Thanks again!! Can’t wait to try all the different variations and the ball extensions… Yeah!

Okay my amazing trainer! I tried them and I do not think I will be able to sit tomorrow! Ha ha! OMG!!! Girls…. Try them for real!!! The cable ones almost … almost made me cry ha ha ha ha ha. I did some kind of a circuit…. three of them…. 20 reps each leg… the fourth set I seriously could not get to 12! ha ha ha. My bum was done!
And G …. Whohooooo biceps yay!!

Okay… So officially.. I know glutes muscles exist ha ha ha ha ha … G! All I have to say is oooooooooooooooooouchhh!
awesome!! So glad to hear. You must be one of those 24 hr. girls. Sometimes it takes me up to 48 hours to feel it… so glad you worked those glutes and have a few extra exercises to throw into your program! THEY WORK!! π

Ya … Some muscles tend to take 48 hours for me – Some dont … Def butt is NOT one of them due that I have not worked it this hard ever. I did the track work out today… And I def felt ot on my bum. I will send you an email about that … Need some input and yes girly! Throw them at me … On it .. This bum is gonna look fab in Nov! ha ha!
