1/2 small onion, thinly sliced
2 stalks celery, sliced
1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
12 small mushrooms, sliced
1 green onion, chopped
5 oz Asian pork tenderloin, cut into bite-size pieces
1/4 package Sesame-Garlic Mochi, cut into about little rectangle “sticks” (20-30 pieces?)
Sauce: 2 t soy sauce, 3 drops stevia, 1 clove garlic (minced), dash of sesame oil – Mix sauce ingredients together and set aside.
Heat pan w/ small amount of oil (I used olive oil). Add onions and celery. Saute for a minute or 2. Add bell pepper and mushrooms. Saute again for a minute or 2. Add mochi. Stir and cover with lid for a minute or 2. Add green onion, pork tenderloin, and sauce and stir. Put on plate and eat! Yum!
