reps 21, 15, 9– assisted pull ups, push ups, air squats
Alternate jump rope with lunge/press. Working down on jump rope reps and working up on lunge press reps. As follows:
jump rope 100,90,80,70,60,50,40,30,20,10
lunge with 35# STRAIGHT BAR (each leg) and overhead press- 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10
run 2 miles at moderate pace.
