lol, Yes, actually that has been a thought in my mind but not sure how that would happen… lol hey, it is worth a try! That would be a serious sponsorship~ I always tell Michael, rather than a supplement contract a veggie contract would be more right up my alley! π
Yes Molly, That lasts a week. π Yes, I know how… we’ll I am crazy. That is how much i love my green beans! I am just a green bean freak. Hey they are delicious, keep me full, keep my metabolism up, etc. It is a win win, being able to eat them freely and stay satisfied but also avoid those snacky temptations because I have my green beans! π Keep in mind too, though, when I am stocked up on green beans, other than salads, I don’t get too many other veggies. I do have my deep freezer though so they can last forever if I do decide I was another type of veggie… π

i’ve been meaning to ask – how do you bake your green beens – do you put them in frozen, at what temp and how long?
We were grilling them for so long, but now that it’s cold outside – i bought a cast iron pan and have been cooking them that way – but i also would like to bake them
what I do jenn, is put them into my Nu Wave oven for 30 minutes or so. You just spray PAM and set the timer. I also use the Broiler. I set that on high, watch them, turning throughout so they get nice and crispy on both sides. I also use plan in the broiler. For my omelets, I just spray a pan with PAM and saute until they are golden brown on all sides. I can understand if it is cold, not wanting to cook them outside. The cast iron pan is great but try broiling them too! They are delicious and you will know whey I eat them like candy!! π
