Ingredients:
1 Tbs. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. rosemary, crumbled, or 2 tsp. fresh, chopped
1 Tbs. olive oil
4 small salmon steaks
Directions:
– Combine all ingredients, except salmon, and pepper to taste in a bowl.
– Whisk thoroughly and pour into the bottom of a shallow baking dish.
– Add salmon steaks and turn to coat.
– Marinate 15 minutes.
– Prepare grill or broiler.
– Cook salmon 4-5 minutes per side or until opaque throughout.
