Cinnamon French Toast with Pumpkin Butter & Fresh Fruit
Cinnamon French Toast
-2 slices Julian Bakery Cinnamon Zero Carb Bread
-3 Egg Whites
-1 Packet Stevia
-1/2 tsp Cinnamon
-1 tsp Coconut Oil
Directions: Mix All ingredients, except Bread, well. Add Bread and allow to soak on both sides. Place in Sauté Pan with Coconut Oil and cook on both sides until golden brown.
-1 can Pure Pumpkin Puree
-1 cup Pumpkin Seeds
-4 Tbsp Pumpkin Oil Flax Oil
-1/2 cup Chia Seeds
-5 Packets Stevia (or until sweetness desired)
Directions: Place All ingredients in Food Processor and Process until smooth and creamy.
Place 2 TBSP of Pumpkin Butter over top of each slice of French Toast and serve with a side of fruit.
Remaining Pumpkin Butter can be placed in the refrigerator to be used throughout the week OR spoon out into balls to either freeze or place in food dehydrator for great sweet treat! 🙂
