Hello Hello! What an amazing day it was!! Cinco de Mayo and a healthy Cinco de Mayo, even with my Mexican Fix, as seen in my video 🙂 So I took today off from the training but hit the cardio this a.m., fast walking on an 8% incline. When I say fast walking, okay so I am up to 5.2-5.4 mph! Either the treadmill is getting slower (I am wearing it out, lol) or I am getting faster! Michael thinks I need to look into speed walking as my new sport! I am actually going to look it up and see what it entails! I love it and let me tell you, I can move!! So after cardio, I had an awesome session with my client and then headed home for work. I spent a lot of time online with e-mails and follow ups along with a few business calls I had to make. I was able to get most of my work done so I had time to take a nap before heading out to Yoga. I had an amazing yoga class and came home feeling refreshed, revived, detoxed and just in a great peaceful mood! Gotta love that hot yoga! I had to run a few errands after yoga and then home for dinner and to call it a night. I had such a great day with my getting lots of variety to my foods once again! Here’s the variety I had for the day…
meal 1: shake, oats and flaxseed
meal 2: my popcorn trail mix and quest bar 🙂
meal 3: green tea vanilla protein shake and oats
meal 4: cheesy chicken quesadilla (had to have my Mexican fix)– as seen in my video! (so delicious!! )
meal 5: veggie omelet with 2 rice cakes
meal 6: cabbage, green onion saute with tilapia
meal 7: carbfree protein pancake
Off to hit the pillow! Amazing Cinco De Mayo it was! until tomorrow… hugs to all
