Change, Change is necessary for growth and personal, professional and emotional progress. Some people feel as if they are powerless or not in control of change but so often we are. We have to make the decision to change and want to change. Some changes happen, out of our control, but more often than not, change takes action on our part. You have to be willing to change and ready to accept change. If you do the same thing day in and day out, you will get the same results. If you are wanting to change your results, you must change the things you are doing! Today, reflect on the things you may want to change and form a plan of how you are going to make those changes!
