1 head of broccoli
1 clove minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste
3 egg whites
3 (3-4 oz) portions of lean meat or fish

Heat up skillet with pam or olive oil and allow pan to get really hot.

While Skillet is heating, chop up broccoli very fine. Once all finely chopped, place in skillet with minced garlic.

Allow to saute until golden brown.

Mix egg whites, salt and pepper in a bowl.

Once Broccoli is cooked, remove from skillet and place into about a 8×8 serving dish or a plate.

Dip each piece of lean protein into the egg whites and place in Broccoli Mixture, on both sides. Once completely covered, place in clean skillet to “Fry” or on baking sheet to bake or broil. Cook as you would the lean protein and Enjoy!!
