1/2 cup splenda brown sugar
1/2 cup splenda regular sugar
1/4 cup flax oil
3 egg whites
1/4 cup craisins or dried cranberries
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup oat flour
1/2 cup whole-wheat flour
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup bran flakes
2 tbsp ground flax seeds
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground allspice
1/4 cup chopped almonds

-preheat oven to 350degrees

-combine sugar, oil, egg whites in a large mixing bowl and stir in chopped fruit and nuts

-lightly spoon oat flour into measuring cups and level with a knife. Combine whole-wheat flour, protei powder, bran, baking soda, flax seeds and spices and stir with a whisk or fork.

-Add flour mixture to egg mixture, stirring intil just comined. Fold in chopped almonds.

-Drip tablespoon size balls onto a baking sheep that is sprayed with cooking spray (PAM). Bake for 12 minutes or until almost set. Cool and transfer to a wire rack until cooled completely.
