I am sure several of you have your morning cup of coffee, get to the gym and then need a little pick me up to get you through your workout. At that moment, you think nothing of sipping on a energy drink but are you aware of their caffeine content. It is something not to take lightly and you should mentally take note of the amount of caffeine you are in taking and especially how much in in the drink you are consuming to get you through your workout!
