Ingredients
2 avocados, chopped small
1 cup peeled, seeded and diced tomatoes
2 minced chili peppers
1 tablespoon finely minced garlic
1/4 c. finely minced red onion
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
freshly ground black pepper
–OPTIONAL 1/4 c. non fat sour cream for extra creaminess!
Cooking Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Serve as a garnish for grilled chicken OR those healthy flax chips 😉
