So not sure if you have an Applebee’s but here are a few great menu options… All under 550 calories but once you make the “Gina Modifications” definitely a lot lower than 550 calories!! Just another restaurant with some options… There are definitely ways to go to Applebee’s and order clean and healthy. As I find random restaurants that are found all over the country, I will continue to post a few pointers. Again if you have specifics, please feel free to ask and I can look up menus. 🙂 — I am also going to start a thread in the forum for all of us to help each other out or to start a database of clean healthy options! 🙂

GREAT OPTION FOR A LUNCH MEAL… REMOVE DIAVOLO SAUCE AND MENTION NO BUTTER OR CHEESE… ENJOY THE WHOLE WHEAT PENNE FOR A LUNCH ENTRE!! AWESOME THAT THEY OFFER WHOLE WHEAT! 🙂
–IF THE DIAVOLO SAUCE IS PREMADE WITH THE TOMATO AND BASIL, ASK FOR JUST OLIVE OIL AND GARLIC OR JUST FRESH TOMATOES OVER YOUR PENNE! 🙂

(REMOVE ANY ASIAN NOODLES- DOESN’T MENTION BUT I AM SURE THEY ARE ON THERE…, ASK FOR VINAIGRETTE ON THE SIDE AND USE SPARINGLY OR ASK FOR OIL AND VINEGAR IN STEAD!) KEEP THOSE ALMONDS FOR YOUR HEALTHY FATS! 🙂
