molly and memolly and me 2It was great meeting some of my new members of the site and seeing older members/clients.  Above are two shots of Molly (member/client/friend)!! It really is awesome to see each of you in person and meet you, finally!  I met Pam, another member, today.  She is getting started on achieving her fitness goals and I am so excited for her!

It is awesome to be able to get to know each and every one of you, in person and through the site.  If you ever are in SD or close to, please let me know so we can be sure to set up a time to meet!
On another note, today was super busy as I had tons of e-mails to return, on top of my usual.  After a show, I get slammed with competitor e-mails wanting feedback from the show.  I spent most of today online and still am not done.  Right when I think I am done with their e-mails, more will flow in, trust me!! But that is what I am here for…
I had an awesome cardio session before training clients and then meeting with Pam and coming home to do my e-mails and online updates.  My cardio routine and diet for today was as follows”
cardio
-20 minute fast walk on 5% incline at 5.0 mph (I know I am walker woman)
-5 minute jog
-5 minutes on 2% incline, speed 4.4 mph holding 10# dumbells
-5 minutes on the stepmill (every other and every step) Level 20 (yes, it is intense)
-8 minute jog on treadmill (no incline speed 7.0)
-1 minute sprint at 10.0mph
-1 minute cool down
Loved it!!!!
My diet was as follows:
meal 1: 1/4 c. oats, 1 scoop protein, 1 tsp flaxseed
meal 2: 1 protein apple fritter (I made) (1/2 apple, 1/4 c. oats, 2 egg whites, 1 scoop protein powder) yummy!!!
meal 3: crock pot chicken soup with 4 oz chicken and 1/2 c. brown rice
meal 4: 1/4 c. almonds, protein shake
meal 5: 5 egg white/veggie omelet
meal 6– going to be the same as meal #5
meal 7: 1.5 scoop protein shake with 1 tsp nut butter— can’t wait…
off to prep my omelet!:)
