Warm Up:  3 rounds:  20 x  Knees to elbows (hanging leg raises, bringing knees to elbows)
4 sets of the following super set with a 15# dumbbell:
single straight leg dead lifts, single shoulder press and body weight side leg abductor extensions
Then moving on to a card deck workout:
Hearts = 2-count Mountain Climbers
Spades = Sit ups
Clubs = push ups
Diamonds = body weight squats
face cards
Ace = hill sprint
Jacks =11, Queen = 12, King = 13, Ace SINGLE HILL SPRINT
Took about 15 minutes and was beat!!
