FOCUS on FORM Friday!! I am a huge stickler on form! Focus less on weight and more on proper form!!
Reverse Grip Bent over Rows
-slightly leaning forward, grab a set of dumbbells with a reverse grip.
-keep your chest out, shoulders down and back and butt pushed back with a slight arch in lower back.
-keeping that form throughout the entire exercise, row to your belly button, keeping your elbows close to your body.
-fully extend arms and repeat exercise!
Do 3 sets of 12-15 reps
*exercise can also be done with dumbbells palms facing your body OR with e-bar or straight bar!!
