Pumpkin Pie Dip
-15-oz or 1 can pure pumpkin puree
-3/4 cup No Calorie Sweetener, Baking Stevia Preferred
-1 tsp vanilla
-1 tsp cinnamon
-1 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or more to taste)
-6 oz fat free Greek yogurt
-4 oz Cool Whip free
Dipping options: Sliced Apples, Cucumbers, or Celery
Other Options: Tastes amazing spread over rice cakes, whole grain tortilla or added to oatmeal or a protein shake!!
1. Mix pumpkin with sugar substitute, vanilla and spices, blend or mix well. Add yogurt and continue to mix or blend until smooth.
2. Fold in Cool Whip and chill in refrigerator until ready to eat.
Serve as a dipping sauce or with other Options. Enjoy!!!
