3 cups chopped zucchini
2/3 cup tahini
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. fresh parsley
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
Juice of 2 lemons
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 c. pine nuts ground
Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
Serve with fresh carrots, celery, or your favorite flax chips!
