Whole Wheat Pita Pockets
1 whole-wheat or high-fiber pitas (Ezekiel has great ones!)
1 onion, very finely chopped
3 tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
1 1/2 tbsp. chopped garlic
1 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 tbsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. paprika, or more to taste
black pepper, to taste
4-5 oz 99% lean turkey breast

For Dip
6 oz. plain fat-free yogurt
1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
1 tsp. dried dill
3/4 tsp. crushed garlic
black pepper, to taste

Directions:
On stove top, spray pan with non stick cooking spray. Cook turkey and all Pita ingredients until cooked. Mix well and place into pita pocket. Place Pita Pocket into oven on broil for 3-5 minutes (on each side) until toasted to perfection.

Meanwhile, combine all ingredients for dip in a blender or food processor, and pulse until just blended. Season to taste with black pepper and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Once Pita Pockets are toasted, remove and Allow to cool and set for at least 5 minutes.

Add the dip to the top and or inside of the pita and enjoy!!
