Just getting back with my Workout update. I know some of you are enjoying implementing some of these workouts into your plan and so glad you are trying new workouts and having fun with your training. Change is key!!
Today’s workout:
5 sets of straight leg dead lifts with 35# plate
6 rounds of:
25 box jumps
25 weighted sit ups with 10# plate (full sit ups, not crunches)
15 straight leg dead lifts with 45# plate
Finish up with 20 minutes fast walking 5.2mph and 15% incline
In and out, heart rate up and excellent workout!!
Had 1/2 c. oats with 2 tbsp raisins and a shake post workout πŸ™‚
