hope everyone had a great day!! Today was an accomplished day.  Here is the run down and updates that have been added
rundown
-walk with bruno 2 miles
-off to the gym for a mini circuit and 25 minutes of cardio (1.5 mile run, remaining fast walk with high knees)
circuit- one exercise for each body part
*front raises
*side laterals
*shoulder press
*bicep curls
*tricep kick backs
*ab crunches
*straight leg dead lifts
2x–20 minutes— call it a day! 🙂
-clients
-home to cook my lemon zest muffins
-errands (usps, ups)
-home for online work before heading back to the gym for 2 more clients
-home to r&r
diet:
meal 1: protein shake and 1/2 c. oats
meal 2: pumpkin muffins, 1/4 c. almonds
3: lemon zest muffins
4: tilapia, green beans and 1/4 . avocado
5: veggie omelet with 1/4 c. brown rice
6: salmon with big salad and Erin’s ginger dressing— omg — to die for!!
7–protein shake with flaxseed
