Wednesday Update 09/19
Wow, what a busy day! From the minute I woke up to now, 9:00 p.m. Had a 7 a.m. client and was rushed, go figure I kept snoozing my alarm after getting up at 3:30, as usual. Usually I get up, eat something, go back to bed and am back up by 6 a.m. at the latest to get thing rolling and my day started. This morning was a different situation. I finally woke myself up around 6:25 but needed to be at my clients house by 7:00, still needing to get gas… Geez, thank gosh I had my meal at 3:30 as I just had time to brush my teeth, get dressed, grab my things and head out the door. Believe it or not, I made it on time, actually 5 minutes early. I had a great session with my client then went to the gym for my own training and chiropractor appointment then trained a few other clients. Came home to work before heading back to the gym for my final client of the day. Busy Busy Busy but got everything done and feel so great! Why is that that when we are busy, we tend to get more done… I think because there is less procrastination that can get in the way. I ensured to make time for myself with my weight workout and p.m. swim. It was a busy but productive day!
Tomorrow marks 23 weeks and time is flying by!! We are also headed to the Bay Area for 2 baby showers, one given by my friends in Monterey on Saturday and on Sunday my mother in law is throwing me one. We are excited and it should be a blast to see everyone! Reality is setting in more and more and I am getting more and more excited with each day!

Meal #3: Cabbage sauté with 6 egg whites and 1/2 avocado Nori Wraps
Meal #4: Quest Bar (emergency snack)
Meal #5: Green Beans with EVOO/Garlic/Tomato sauce and tilapia
Meal #6: Protein shake with Chia Seeds
