Hope everyone had a wonderful Wednesday!! Settling down for the evening, prepping some green beans and an no carb pancake, before I lay my head down! Another day, pat yourself on the back for everything you accomplished today. The sweat dripping down your face, the verge of tears as you pushed yourself to limits, the feeling of refreshment as you walked out the gym doors or took off your shoes from an awesome session of cardio or training, the taste buds that had you salivating, the mental strength you had to say “NO” or to avoid temptations, You did it… You accomplished the day! Another day in the record books and another day, moving in the right direction! You are all champions and we are all in this together! Each day we are learning, growing, striving, climbing, and discovering more and more about who we are and what we are all about! Why do you do what you do?? Because it feels so good and nothing can describe the feeling you get when you lay down for bed and know that you did everything you set your mind and heart to! The sky is the limit everyone! Sleep well and until tomorrow

Hey I received my PB2 finally I put 1 tbsp in my shake last night before bed. Soooo Yummy! I’ll work on some recipes for this… Have you gotten to order this yet? Anyways, Have a FAB morning!!!

No carb protein pancake
2 egg whites
1 scoop protein powder
1 tsp baking powder
cinnamon and stevia to taste
optional–1 tsp flaxseed
water (apporox 2 tbsp) until mixes well
stir all together or blend and either bake or pour in pan sprayed with no stick spray until cooked.
you can top off with almond or peanut butter, if your diet allows 🙂
OPTIONAL– ADD 1 TBSP INSTANT COFFEE TO BATTER YUMMY

OH! And on the PB2……HOLY HECK I think my life has been changed forever! LOL That’s some good stuff. I cannot even believe that I can eat it its so good! You know how Eryn is about her nut butters so this was a total life saver…..THANKS STEFANIE!!!!!!!!!
I think we should buy stock in Bell Plantation NOW! haha….all of us dieting competitors are going to make them VERY RICH over the years.

Eryn, glad you like the pb2!! I came across it a while back and forgot about it until Kaysie reminded us and we jumped on it. It is a great alternative or great way to get that satisfaction of nut butter without the cal/fat/etc. Not to mention, you can travel with it, since it is a powder!!! 🙂 Great idea, stock would be a smart decision on our end! They have no idea what a great product they have… TIP– ALWAYS STOCK UP AS WE HAVE SEEN THAT THEY GO OUT OF STOCK QUICK!!! 🙂
