    But at least, there is always a good answer!

    Gina, I know this is temporary solution for water retention (and I never did it) but what do you think about going to a sauna before a comp? Many people suggested it, but I still hesitate… I’m thinking” Never did it, so why start” … I know that it could do the opposite and make look puffy instead… Any thoughts?

    Sorry about all these competition questions… I hope I’m not boring anybody πŸ˜€ (I’m almost done ladies! hihih)

    Claudine, I am all for the sauna! I love the sauna. My form of the sauna is hot yoga but the sauna is great. I suggest going maybe Wednesday and early Thursday and not the day before the show, for sure! You do have to be careful if you are too dehydrated but the first few days you start to slightly decrease your water, it is a great way to shed more water, fast. If you have never sauna’d before, I suggest you give it a try this week to see how you respond and then go from there. Again though, if it is not broke don’t fix it..

    More than the shedding of water, I love the feeling of being cleansed from the inside out and eliminating all that excess water just makes you feel alive, fresh and so clean! πŸ™‚
