Ingredients:

1 cup sliced zucchini

1 cup diced onions

2 garlic cloves, minced

3 cups fat-free low sodium broth (beef, chicken, or vegetable)

2 cups diced green cabbage

1/2 cup green beans

1 large tomato, diced

1/2 tsp. dried basil

1/4 tsp. dried oregano

1/2 cup diced mushrooms

**optional–add any protein of your choice**
