Hope everyone is having a phenomenal day, so far! Just getting back from my morning. After Michael and I walked Bruno this a.m., I decided to go on a run. I ran 3 miles in 20 minutes. I went on a loop around my house and wanted to see how quick I could run it.. well so 20 minutes it was! Great way to start my day. Then headed to the gym for a quick glute/ham circuit before training clients and running a few errands. I did the following 20 minute quick workout: ALL -3 sets of 20 reps
-straight leg dead lifts with 25# plate
-staggered stationary lunges holding 2 10# dumbbells on my shoulders
-lying hamstring curls
-butt blaster
finished off with 50 reps of deep squats, holding a 10# plate! killer.. slow and squeezing!! 🙂
I am working on a few things before heading out for my tax appointment… ahhhh oh how I can’t wait to get this out of the way. So it is official, we got our official marriage license in the mail today so now I can work on all the necessary steps to speed up this process and get my name changes officially! whoot whooot!
So I spoke to Drena today and she is on a lifestyle program. We set up monthly goals for her and this was one of her goals for last month… I asked her if I could share it with all of you!
