1 pound extra-lean ground turkey (breast meat only)
1 small onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 cup green pepper, diced
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
1 tablespoon tomato paste
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
6 whole wheat buns (rolls)

P R E P A R A T I O N

Coat a large, nonstick skillet with cooking spray and place over medium heat. Add onion, bell pepper and garlic and cook for 3 minutes. Crumble turkey into skillet and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add tomato sauce, Worcestershire Sauce, tomato paste, salt and pepper. Simmer uncovered 10-15 minutes or until sauce thickens. Spoon mixture onto bottom of rolls.
