-Ground Turkey (8 oz 99% lean & 8 oz 93% lean)
-7-12 oz can of Jalapenos
-4 cloves minced garlic

-Orowheat Sandwich Thins
-Cabbage (for No Carb Wraps)
-Sliced Tomatoes
DIRECTIONS:
Simply prepare patties with turkey, jalapenos, garlic, salt and pepper and place on BBQ to grill. If you are using cheese, place cheese on when burgers are just about done and allow cheese to melt. If you are use Orowheat thins for a light bun or for a no carb option, use the cabbage cups.
For Veggie Shish Kabobs
INGREDIENTS
-1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
-1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive oil
-Zucchini
-Red Onion
-Bell Pepper (red and Yellow)
-Green Onion
DIRECTIONS:
Simply Soak Skewers prior to loading them up with veggies. Load skewers with Veggies place in bowl of EVOO and Balsamic Vinegar and allow to sit for 20-30 minutes to marinate. Place on grill and grill skewers until slightly chard and veggies cooked.
