Tuna Spinach loaf
(thanks member heather!!)
3 cups of spinach
4 egg whites ( organic )
2 oz tuna
Blend with Rosemarie, tomato basil, garlic
Bake 400 for 30-40 mins
30-40 grams of fresh avocado ,mash it up with a little lemon juice
spread on top of spinach tuna loaf when done
enjoy warm and toasty or cold (on the go)
