Happy Tuesday! Hope everyone had a great day…They day has flown by and now going to call it a night and prepare dinner (big salad with ginger dressing, tilapia and a martini! 😉 I had a busy day with clients, errands, updates, online business, etc. A wonderful yet busy and productive day…
Todays workout was the following:
all 4 sets of 12
-assisted pull ups
-on arm rows
-hammer strength lat pulls
-hyper extensions
-seated rows
I wasn’t able to get in cardio but that will be made up tomorrow. 🙂
Diet:
meal1: oats and protein shake
2: My pumpkin protein muffins, 15 almonds (my
3: big salad with 1/2 c. brown rice
4: 1 scoop protein shake, asparagus, 15 almonds 🙂
5: dinner (salad, tilapia) with ginger dressing and a martini 😉
6: 1 scoop protein shake with 1 tbsp flaxseed, green beans
