Hello and Happy Tuesday! Busy day and go a ton of things done! Hope everyone is staying warm and healthy. I know a lot of people who are getting sick and everyone please stay healthy!!! Vitamin C, Multi-Vitamin, tons of water and lots of rest!! I feel extremely exhausted so going to get to bed early tonight. Yesterday I trained upper chest, tri’s and delts and got in a long walk with Bruno. As for my training only did push ups, regular moderate weights for delts and super light squeezing for triceps. Today I took the day off from training and did 30 minutes of cardio along with a walk/run with Bruno this a.m. It looks like it is going to rain and is suppose to rain this p.m. and then on Thursday. Hope it passes tomorrow so I can get in my walks with Bruno. He is just a different dog when he doesn’t get his exercise, hey just like us!!
I have been extremely hungry today. I had a high carb day yesterday with 200g of carbs and so I think my metabolism is revved up and today I am feeling it. So far this has been my diet for today
meal 1– usual oats, protein, flax and coffee
meal 2- pumpkin muffins– so delicious
meal 3- same as meal 1
meal 4- 6 oz yam with 4 oz 99% lean turkey breast
meal 5- veggies and 7 egg whites
meal 6- going to make Shiritaki noodles with turkey, garlic and mushrooms– check back for video and recipe
meal 7- to be determined but most likely carb free pancakes š
I am off to finish a few things before meeting with Kristi–aka Pepper for an analysis of her off season. I look forward to seeing her and helping her continue moving in the right direction…
Hope everyone is having a fabulous day and check the recipes for some good ones I posted today. I posted my favorite Broccoli garlic saute for all you veggie fanatics to try! love it just as much as the brussel sprouts!
