Hope everyone had a great day! Energy was on fire… I posted our newest podcast today, answering questions from you ladies…
Had an amazing workout today:
*Run 1 mile
*25 Handstand pushups
*25 single straight leg deadlifts (each leg)
*100 assisted pullups (straight through…)
*200 air squats
*Run 1 mile
Phewwww, amazing workout and pushed myself through that last mile run but did it!! 🙂
Came home starving…
Meals today were as follows:
Meal 1: 1/2 cup oats, 1 tbsp chia seed and 1 scoop protein shake
Meal 2: Protein Pancake with 1/2 c. oatmeal, 1 scoop protein and 2 egg whites
Meal 3: 1 apple/pear (yes an apple pear!!! 🙂 with 5 oz tilapia and 3 rice cakes
Meal 4: 1 protein shake with a handful of almonds
Meal 5: 7 egg whites/veggie omelet with 1/4 c. oatmeal
Meal 6: Gina Salad topped with Broiled Green beans and tilapia
Meal 7: To be Determined… No carb Pancake or just egg whites
So we have talked a bit about being fearless and acknowledging your fears so you can take them on… Did you have a moment to think about your fears, list them out and put them in your memory bank?
There are reasons why we don’t change our way of life and they are usually associated with fears of some sort.
A huge step in making serious changes in your lifestyle and reaching your goals, is acknowledging, accepting and taking on your deepest and darkest fears!
Just a reminder to take a moment to think about things that may be holding you back or lying deep inside and keeping you from taking things to the next level…. We are fearless, if not now, we will be!
