Hello ladies! I was just asking Gina this earlier, should have checked blog first. Always looking for new ideas for time management. And I completely agree, scheduling out the week has always worked best for me. Shcedules might have to shift, (especially for us moms) and you have to roll with it but if you have your plan written out your much more likely to hit your weekly goals and “to-do’s”.
Anything thing that saves me is food prep. I look at my menu for the week on Sundays then cook and do most measuring in seperating portions in one shot. I replinish during the week, usually Wednesdays. This saves me time during the week since i’m often on the run!
