Hope everyone is having a great day… So the report back to you is NO shakes and feel so much better. I have been receiving a lot of feedback from girls that they have been having serious bloating issues. Ladies, check the amount of shakes you are having. With our lack of dairy, often the whey and casein can really get to you and the enzymes just aren’t digested. Trial and error… It is one thing to know what is causing your “pain” and bloat and if you are okay with that feeling, that is fine. For example, if you know that something causes you a certain feeling or bloat but you are “Okay” with that and you know what you are setting yourself up for, that is fine but think twice…
Okay I know If I have this, I am going to feel __________________. If you are okay with that, that is fine… otherwise if you don’t want to feel a certain way, maybe think twice before having x y or z. does that make sense??
Learn what makes you feel a certain way and then you know how to make your food choices. Remember, everyone is different and peoples sensitivities are all different. For me, it is certain veggies, too many shakes and shirataki noodles that will do it for me. I have to make the decision to go for it, knowing what the consequences are or by choosing something else. Yesterday, with travel, I did the best I could but definitely felt the consequences. Today, back on whole foods and feel so much better!! Amazing how one thing can really affect you!! On another note, Ladies remember WHOLE foods are always better than processed or supplemental. Of course, this is reality and you have to do what you have to do, in certain situations but just remember in general, if it is a matter of spending a few extra minutes preparing something over going for the simple solution, think twice…
As for today..
meal 1 was my typical Shake (only one) and oats with coffee
meal 2: 6 egg white omelet with left over wild rice
meal 3: chicken salad with wild rice
meal 4-5: Gina style Chicken Salad
meal 6: we are grilling a ton of veggies and chicken (wahoo for the chicken today)
Feeling so much better from more whole foods, it is amazing!!
So today, busy day… got in a great workout and here it goes..
6 sets of front squat with 40# bar, clean, press, back squat repeat 6x
4 sets of leg press with 25# plate
6 sets of regular front squats with 40# bar, super deep
6 rounds of
33 push ups
44 sit ups
55 deep squats
Changed things up for today and finished up with…. (oh yes, gotta love the goggles and One Piece)
