Hope everyone had a fabulous day! my neck is almost 100% better, that was quick! Crazy how sleeping wrong can tweak your neck like that! I had a fun day getting creative with the squash and boy was it delicious! We have created a Zucchini Burrito, Imagine that!! π I am totally on this zucchini kick so looks like burritos for me for a while!
Meal 1: oats and protein shake
meal 2: 4 oz sweet potato & no carb mini pancakes
meal 3: zucchini burrito with spaghetti squash π
meal 4: same as meal 3
meal 5: 2 rice cakes with 1 tbsp natural almond butter
meal 6: cabbage saute
meal 7: TO BE: no carb pancakes (again…)
Because of my sore neck, took today really light doing 20 minutes on the treadmill with 1 mile run during the 20 minutes and then 2 3 mile walks with Bruno. Before my 20 minute cardio I did a mini circuit of 3 sets of 15 reps of the following:
Shoulder press
tricep dips off bench
tricep machine dips
close grip lat pull downs
50 push ups
stationary lunges
straight leg dead lifts
I am calling it a night now.. until tomorrow everyone! xo
