  1. Any ideas on working out while expecting at 7 months

    • I suggest body weight squats and holding onto something for stability, like a chair. Remember form is everything. Only go as deep as you feel sturdy. Knees never over toes and push butt back. Being 7 mo, I am sure your stance would have to be really wide and toes slightly turned out. Congrats on your pregnancy!!
