Welcome to Jessica’s journey! Jess is goal is a show but this is not about the “stage” but rather a journey that will carry on into the rest of her life! We are excited to present Jessica’s journey to all of you! Jess and I have been working together for 3-4 years now and we have decided to start the climb and take things to the next level. This is going to be an experience of a lifetime! I will be there to hold her hand and we are going to document her entire prep to share with all of you! Jess will be chiming in, answering any questions, sharing her ups and downs, blogging, etc. This is Jess’s personal blog so any questions, etc regarding this journey, let’s all post here. We will be filming episodes each week, which will be posted in the video section but will be referenced in the blog, to keep everything concise. Jess I am excited for you! Let’s go after this! You are in a great place! You have everything it takes. Let’s pack our bags and get ready for this climb!

We had our initial meeting, consultation and took before photos… Next we will be going over her plan, which will be posted :), going through her house and making sure she has all the essentials to get her started!!

We are am so excited to present this everyone! To motivate, inform, teach and open eyes to the ins and outs of this journey. As I mentioned to the stage but beyond! This is about setting a goal and following through, no matter what! I am so excited! Jess has phenomenal symmetry and shape, absolutely beautiful, she has the drive and determination, and a heart of gold. With all those components, this is going to be a fun ride….. Amazing how things change so drastic in your lifestyle. A sentence G said got glued to my head. You really learn who is your friend and not, who supports you and not and you learn who is the people that need to be around you. Gosh! I am not even in my 12 weeks prep and since I changed my lifestyle i have learned this all the way!
