Sweet Potato Chick Pea Puree
-1 medium sweet potato
-1 can chickpease, drained
-2 small cloves garlic
-1 tsp salt
-1/2 cup olive oil
-pepper, hot sauce or chili sauce taste.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cook sweet potato or yam for about 45 min. While yam or sweet potato is cooking,
rinse chickpeas, place with garlic, salt in food processor and process. Scoop out sweet potato flesh, add to processor. While motor is running, slowly add olive oil for smooth puree. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
