2 1/3 cups natural honey
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup sweet potato juice
2/3 cup flax oil
5 egg whites
1 whole egg
2 cups sweet potato pulp
3 1/3 cups whole grain flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine honey, water, sweet potato juice, egg, egg whites, oil and sweet potatoes. Mix well. Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon, baking powder and salt. Mix until dry ingredients are moist. Bake about 1 hour or until slightly browned on top.
